Les Oliviers Grenache Cinsault Rose
Grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault
Named after the olive groves or ‘oliviers’ that flourish around the sun-drenched vineyards of southern France, grapes for these wines come from carefully selected plots of Languedoc old vines. Les Oliviers is a proud varietal range of wines which show exuberance and youth. "Olive groves ('Oliviers' in French) and vineyards flourish side-by-side in the sun-drenched Mediterranean summers of southern France, where the Grenache and Cinsault grape varieties have been made into rosé wine for over 2,000 years. The two varieties meld together to make a rosé which is at once exuberantly fresh and tangy yet soft and smooth, laced with a gentle spice and brimming with the natural richness of ripe fruit.
Tasting note:
Delicate aromas of flowers and red berry fruit from the Grenache, with the satisfying spicy notes from Cinsault.
Best served chilled, this rosé is ideal for lunchtime with Mediterranean cuisine.
