Casa Do Sol Albarino

Grape Variety: 100% Albarino

The winery is located in the Pazo "Casa Do Sol” built in the fifteenth century, located in the Valle Subzone of the Ulla within the D. O. Rías Baixas; property of the Counts of Castelo. It is one of the few Bodegas in the province of La Coruña of this Denomination of Origin. The House had a relevant role throughout History and now we are reinventing to get the best we can of our vineyards, with the sole objective of producing a wine of the highest quality.

Tasting Note: The nose has notes of lime, citrus and apricot, fresh peach background. Feelings of almond blossoms. Memories of the sea, with slight iodised notes reminiscent of brine. The palate has a soft entry but with marked minerality, returning the citrus fruits.... with persistence of white stone fruits. Beautiful texture thanks to its time on the lees. Maintains its freshness and acidity. The oak is very subtle.
