Santa Estadea Rioja Reserva
Grape Varieties: Tempranillo & Garnacha
Founded in 1956, this historic winery is a point of reference for Rioja. The coop currently own 1000 hectares of superb vineyards in the region of Rioja Oriental where the sun shines more and rainfall is lower, producing riper luscious wines that explain why everyone loves Rioja.
Our Reserva is aged for 3 years in barrel, followed by further maturation in bottle, giving you a wine that is well balanced between, maturity of fruit and concentration of oak-ageing.
Tasting Note: Bright ruby coloured with brick tints and a garnet coloured rim. The nose is expressive, with notes of vanilla, black cherry, coffee and balsamic. The palate is medium bodied and elegant, with truffled cherry fruit, spice and supple tannins.
