Le Petit Chat Malin Rose
£9.71
Grape varieties: Grenache Noir
Le Petit Chat Malin translates as the Cunning Little Cat. Wines are made in the sunny climes of the south of France - think sun, sea and sardines! Here vines are carefully nurtured until the grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness – sun ripened grapes packed with juicy fruit flavours. Using traditional methods our clever winemakers (who know a good sniff and slurp) create the wines, carefully selecting and blending to produce a top quality tipple! "The Languedoc is a region with plentiful sunshine that is famous for producing quality wines in abundance. For this wine, specially selected Grenache Noir is gently pressed to capture the finer aromas and flavours located just under the skins to produce a wine full of sweetly ripe yet crunchy fruit with soft and juicy flavours.
Tasting note:
A dry style of rosé with floral aromatics and packed with juicy ripe berry flavours.
Serve chilled as an apéritif, with shellfish, tomato based pasta dishes or the traditional southern French pissaladière (caramelised onion tart).
